Featured Posts Grid

Description

The Featured Posts Grid WordPress Plugin will display a set of posts in a grid style layout in any desired location within a template or a post. The appearance is highly customizable via the admin options menu (colors, drop shadows, rounded corners, & more). Additionally, the specific posts which are displayed can be set by customizing the query used to populate the scroll.

This is a really cool plugin. I’m wondering if it’s possible to also display the post excerpt below the title? Looks like there are references to the excerpt both in the admin panel (in the text tab) and in the code (I see references to “post_excerpt”), but my excerpts don’t display and I don’t see an option to control whether they should display or not.

Thanks for any help you can provide–I know it’s a free plugin.

This plugin is very good, congratulations! But conflict is working with the jQuery validation. Any idea what could be?

The tiles don’t make use of the left-right padding space on this site, only the first tile keeps the distance to the margin.

Also: the width I’d like to set for the widget is more than 999px, the html max of the input field prohibits entering such values.

Hello, thanx for this great plugin. Is there a way to make the scroll infinite while clicking the arrows? So when the loop ends it starts again. Any help will be appreciated.

Amazing plugin, finally one that does what everybody wants it to do. Thanks! One question: my slider isn’t sliding automatically. Any idea how I can fix that? And is there a way to change the slide style so that it actually slides?

    Hey
    Thanks for this greate plugin.
Right now I am trying to tweek your plugin to fit into my website.
I have made a change in the CSS file, so that the tiles are aligning to the left instead of centered (file: featured-posts-grid/css/featured-posts-grid.css I added “float: left;” to “.fpg-wrapper”.

Is there any way I can make the title-text appear under the thumbnail instead of over it?
Can the title-text extend beyond the boarders of the thumbnail (underneath)?

I am not a programmer, and know nothing of PHP and scripting.
